Ingredients
Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves and berries release juices.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Mash berries to desired consistency or leave chunky.
Stir in rose water and optional chia seeds for natural thickening.
Let cool and store in a jar in the fridge.
Enjoy on toast, yogurt, or pancakes.
